RESPONSİBİLİTY OF ENACEM TRAVEL & TOURS

Enacem Travel makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website.Enacem Travel’s sole purpose is to assist customers in verifying the availibility of travel products and services and making reservations and purchases in a timely manner.After completing the reservation on the website you will immediately receive an invoice and Enacem Travel will send you you travel documents in accordance with the provisions of section 5 of these Enacem Travel general Terms and Conditions.

RESPONSİBİLİTY OF CUSTOMER

You,the customer,declare that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and use this website in accordance with all Terms and Conditions herein.You further confirm that all information provided by you ,your family members and travel companions is true and accurate.

ABOUT TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

It is your responsibility to research and obtain all necessary travel documents.Enacem Travel is not responsible for the consequences of improper and incomplete travel documents.A valid passport is require your passport to be valid for 6 months from the date of your return to the homeland.A parent traveling with a child under 18 may be required to obtain a notarized consent signed by a non-traveling parent.Customers are responsible for checking what documents are required before departure and ensuring they have the required documents.Customers who fail to submit the required documents may be denied boarding priviliges by the carrier or relevant authorities,without any further application or refund.The client may also be denied entry to another country despite having the necessary travel documents.For more information on required travel documents ,please contact an Enacem Travel sales representative.

Respecting our customer’s privacy is very important to Enacem Travel.Enacem Travel never shares the names or personal information of its individual customers or other information obtained from their personal profiles with third parties.All direct communication between you and Enacem Travel will remain confidential.But we need some basic personal information to book your trip and carry out related transactions.When you book or purchase travel services through Enacem Travel,we may need to transfer such information about you or your purchase ( including your name and address) to booking/ payment processing partners,the tour operator,the airline or any major travel product or service provider.Although Enacem Travel makes every effort to ensure that your privacy is respected,you understand that Enacem Travel may choose to provide information provided as part of your file to a third party tasked with verifying the information provided as part of your file for the purpose of verifying such information.

ABOUTH HEALTH

As Enacem Travel,we organize tours to several countries of the world.You agree to take some responsibility for your own health and safety,and we can not guarantee your safety at any time.Local conditions,including road conditions,infrastructure,medical care,safety and security,may differ significantly from those in your country.At any given moment,the world is likely to have ‘trouble spots’ in terms of infectious disease outbreaks,war,terrorism,crime,natural disasters and other potential sources of harm.We recommend that you get travel insurance before leaving from your country.

DELİVERY DOCUMENTS

Once you have booked your trip on the website Enacem Travel will promptly email you an invoice confirming your purchase and the details of your itinerary, icluding e-tickets,contact details of local providers,timing details etc.Receiving this invoice is your last opportunity to verify the accuracy of the information entered on your travel documents.If you notice any discrepancies please contact Enacem Travel upon receipt of your invoice,otherwise Enacem Travel will not be responsible for any errors or omissions regarding your booking.

PAYMENT METHODS

% 30 of the travel products and services you book must be paid at the of booking.The balance payment must be paid 45 days before the start date of your tour.Once you decide to purchase,our representative will send you a payment plan.You can make the payment with your credit card or bank transfer.For credit card payments,we send you a ‘credit card payment form ‘and ask you to fill in the required fields ans send it back to us with a photocopy of your ID.You can only make your credit card payment with this written form.Bank transfers can be made by you through your bank account.If you choose the bank transfer option,please take into account your bank’s transfer fees.Whether or not you manually sign the invoice or receipt,you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of your booking.Reservation of travel services constitutes a contract between the customer and Enacem Travel.

CANCELLATİONS

We know that cancellations may occur.In case of cancellation we will apply the following policy.45 days or more before arrivel %10 of the sales price / 44-30 days %30 of the sales price /29-15 days %50 of the sales price / 14-0 days %100 of the sales price.Pleace note that flight and ferry tickets are not icluded in above cancellation policy.After completing your reservations,we purchase your domestic flight and ferry tickets to ensure availability and not be affected by price increases.In case of cancellation,penalties of up to % 100 will be applied when necessary,regardless of the above cancellation policy.

FLEXİBİLİTY & UNUSED SERVİCES

You acknowledge that the nature of travel requires flexibility and that you will allow reasonable changes to changes to products,services or travel plans by the travel agency.The route,program,accommodation,facilities and mode of transportationmay be changed without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances and events beyond the travel agency’s control.There will be no refunds,discounts or refunds for services missed or unused after departure,including if you are removed from the tour due to your negligence or breach of these conditions.

VALİTİDY

All dates,itineraries and durations of tours are subject to change at any time and the current price will be quoted and confirmed at the time of booking.You acknowledge that you are responsible for keeping up to date on the spesific details of your tour and other products and services,including but not limited to checking the travel agency’s website at least 72 hours before departure ,as minor changes may have been made after the time of booking.

Enacem Travel expressly disclaims all liability for the use,reliability or spesific features of this site or the content and interpretation of the content contained on this site.A visitor who uses the information on this site or makes a desicion based on it does so at his own risk.In exchange for using this site,the visitor agrees to hold us and our affiliates harmless from any calims for damages arising from any decisions the visitor makes based on such information contained on this site.Although we strive to provide accurate and timely information,this site may contain unintentional technical or factual inaccuracies and typographical errors.We do not represent or warrant that the information accessible through this site is accurate,complete or up-to-date.
