ENACEM TRAVEL & TOURS RESPONSIBILITY
Enacem Travel makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website. Enacem Travel's sole purpose is to assist customers in verifying the availability of travel products and services and in making their reservations and purchases in a timely manner. After completing your reservation on the website, you will immediately receive an invoice and Enacem Travel will send you travel documents in accordance with the provisions of section 5 of these Enacem Travel General Terms and Conditions.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
You, the customer, represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and use this website in accordance with all the Terms and Conditions contained herein. You also confirm that all information provided by you, your family members and travel companions is true and accurate.
ABOUT TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
It is your responsibility to investigate and obtain all necessary travel documents. Enacem Travel is not responsible for the consequences of inadequate or incomplete travel documents. A valid passport, your passport must be valid for 6 months from the date of your return to your home country. A parent traveling with a child under the age of 18 may be required to obtain a notarized consent signed by the non-traveling parent. Customers are responsible for checking what documents are required prior to departure and ensuring that they have the required documents. Customers who fail to present the required documents may be denied boarding privileges by the carrier or relevant authorities without any additional recourse or refund. The customer may also be denied entry to another country despite having the required travel documents. PRIVACY POLICY
Respecting the privacy of our customers is very important to Enacem Travel. Enacem Travel never shares the names or personal information of individual customers or other information obtained from their personal profiles with third parties. All direct communications between you and Enacem Travel will remain confidential. However, we do require certain basic personal information in order to reserve your travel and perform related transactions. When you book or purchase travel services through Enacem Travel, we may need to transfer that information (including your name and address) about you or your purchase to our booking/payment processing partners, tour operator, airline or any major travel product or service provider. While Enacem Travel makes every effort to ensure that your privacy is respected, you understand that Enacem Travel may elect to provide the information provided as part of your file to a third party who is tasked with verifying the information provided as part of your file for the purpose of verifying such information.
ABOUT HEALTH
Enacem Travel operates tours to various countries around the world. You agree to be partially responsible for your own health and safety, and we cannot guarantee your safety at any time. Local conditions, including road conditions, infrastructure, medical care, safety and security, may differ significantly from those in your country. At any given time, the world is likely to be in ‘hot spots’ for infectious disease outbreaks, war, terrorism, crime, natural disasters and other potential sources of harm. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance before you leave your country.
DELIVERY DOCUMENTS
Once you book your trip on the website, Enacem Travel will immediately email you an invoice confirming your purchase and including details of your travel plan, including e-tickets, local provider contact information, timing information, etc. Receiving this invoice is your last opportunity to verify that the information entered on your travel documents is correct. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact Enacem Travel after you receive your invoice, otherwise Enacem Travel will not be responsible for any errors or omissions related to your reservation.
PAYMENT METHODS
30% of the travel products and services you book must be paid at the time of booking. The balance payment must be made 45 days before the start date of your tour. Once you decide to purchase, our representative will send you a payment plan. You can make your payment by credit card or bank transfer. For credit card payments, we send you a 'credit card payment form' and ask you to fill in the required fields and return them to us with a photocopy of your ID. You can only make your credit card payment using this written form. Bank transfers can be made by you through your bank account. If you choose the bank transfer option, please take into account your bank's transfer fees. Invoice or
